Educational organizations are eligible for a discount on all products. To be eligible for the educational discount, your order must be placed with an " .edu" educational email account OR be shipped to an educational institution. All ".edu" addresses are subject to verification. On-Line orders may be placed anytime. On-line orders are processed via Paypal and are shipped UPS only. Orders are usually shippied withen 24 hours. Orders received on Friday wil usually be shipped the following Monday. (FUSION Robotics is closed on Saturday and Sunday and all federal holdays). ALL online orders are delivered Monday through Friday, unless you call our Customer Service Dept. in advance to request a Next Day Air Saturday delivery for an extra charge (usually $10 plus the cost of a Next Day Air shipment).

International customers placing orders may make wire transfers directly to FUSION Robotics. International customers may choose UPS Worldwide Express shipping option only. However, the cost of shipping will be significant. FUSION Robotics is not responsible for any brokerage, banking, customs fees, or country taxes. Contact our sales department for more information. 

Domestic Order Shipping Options

All online orders are shipped via UPS. Domestic orders may be shipped using USPS, FedEx, or UPS. USPS and FedEx rates are not shown on this web site. Actual rates for on-line orders will vary depending on your location.

Maryland Sales Tax

All orders shipped to Maryland will be charged 5.00% sales tax, unless you have a reseller's permit or tax exemption certificate on file with us. Submission of a certificate is not retroactive; therefore, you will be charged tax even if you later submit a certificate.
